Terms and Conditions

How to Order:

1. To purchase an item, simply click on the ‘Buy’ button and the item will be added to your shopping basket.
2. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button and you will be taken back to the page in which you were shopping.
3. When you have made your final selections, click the ‘checkout’ button. If you would like to continue with the purchase, complete the necessary details to enable your order to be processed. If you think you have made a mistake, click ‘Cancel.’
4. To complete purchase, you will be taken to a secure website to provide payment information. Upon completion of this stage, you will be taken back to Gee..How Quaint’s website.


Credit Card Security

Gee…How Quaint accepts all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider PayPal. Your order will be confirmed electronically. Credit card information is securely encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 working days of receipt of your order. In peak times, especially Christmas, this could be slightly longer. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you have the option to be notified by email once the item is back on our shelves. You will not be charged for an item if it is out of stock.

Delivery is only within the United Kingdom. All orders are sent y Royal Mail First class postal service. Postage and packaging prices are as follows (unless specified otherwise):

UK = £1.50
Europe = £2.00
Everywhere Else = £3.00






Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied Gee…How Quaint maintains an 8 day returns policy. We will accept the return of unwanted goods on the condition in which they were received - unused and in their original packaging, complete with labels. We will not refund any goods that have been returned without these necessary requirements. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
The parcel is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded or registered post. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses.
All returns should be sent to Cassandra Harrison at Gee How Quaint. Email cassandra@geehowquaint.com for details should you need to return you item.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Gee…How Quaint treats personal information with the utmost respect. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.) We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
When you place an order we collect your contact details (name, email address, and telephone number) so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. If you do not wish to receive email updates on new products and new product lines please tick the opt-out box.

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer’s hard drive by your browser. Like most websites, Gee…How Quaint does use cookies to keep track of the content of your shopping basket as you shop.

General Information

Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology. Although we do our best to maintain continuity of colour, slight variations in fabric colours may occur. As our fabric is hand printed in the studio, you can expect slight variations of print designs. This is a mark of its hand made and unique quality and in no way constitutes a defect.
